Tiramisu instructions

  1. Blanchir les jaunes d’œuf avec le sucre et le sucre vanillé.
  2. Ajouter le mascarpone au fouet.
  3. Monter les blancs en neige et les incorporer à l’aide d’une maryse au mélange précédent. Réserver au frais.
  4. Mouiller les biscuit dans le café et en recouvrir le fond du plat.
  5. Recouvrir de crème au mascarpone et répéter l’opération en terminant par une couche de crème.
  6. Saupoudrer de cacao.
  7. Mettre au frais au minimum 4h / voir une nuit.
